In my opinion, his limbs are too thin, and pouches are a bit weird. And, epic job on his head/headgear.

:D that looks pretty good, only thing I would change is make the pants bunch up at the bottom and a little bit more thick.

Okay not trying to be rude here. The head and face looks great. The overall proportions look good. I just think the boots need to be re-worked, the vest and pouches all need to be re-worked.
-Phil, try doing as much detailing as you can in 3DS Max, for buttons, zippers, pockets, general shapes of folds. Also try re-working the neck/collar too. I know you can do better than this!!!! |

Beautiful! Although maybe some knee pads would complete it?

iHazard, I'm going to give you some crits here. Things that can help you make a really good model. I've asked professionals(friends of mine) what they can tell me about your model.
Things I get crits on are... -The proportions: Not bad, but some parts like the leg look like it was just an extruded cylinder -Method of creating parts: It seems as if you're modeling your jackets, or clothes from mesh extracting inside zbrush. Which is a big no no. You almost have no holes in your mesh, in unseen areas, causing un-needed polygon rendering. Take your time and build your mesh inside 3DS Max, add the proper seams, and topology while you can. You can obviously model things, and have the proper knowledge, just take your time though. -Folds: The folds seem as if they don't really have a direction to them, they're a bit random. -Texturing/UV: Try adding some more relaxing to your UV's. Try pelt mapping more. Try texturing on a larger scale, then scaling downwards if you need to. This is advice, I know you have the power to make much better models, if you just take your time!
